2 Chainz Makes It To No. 1 one Billboard 200 With 'Based On A T.R.U. Story'
Selling 145,809 albums in the first week of release, 2 Chainz made it to number one on the Billboard 200 chart for his debut album Based on a T.R.U. Story.
A week ago Billboard predicted the Atlanta bred rapper would make it to the top of this list. However, the sales preceded their expectations.
2 Chainz expressed his love through Twitter to those who helped him get to No. 1 on the charts.
Based on a T.R.U. Story features artist like Lil Wayne, Drake, Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Dolla Boy, The-Dream, Mike Posner, The Weekend, and Chris Brown.
