@Marvin... Yayo just signed as an artist with Subway. He's going to be a great Subway Sandwich Artist very soon.

Cate Blachett's win was a no-brainer but The Great Gatsby winning for production and costume design was also obvious. The visuals in that film were spectacular.

Great show - red carpet dresses were great and screamed Hollywood glam and class. Saw 12 Years and Blue Jasmine. Blue Jasmine was the best film I saw in a while when it come to quality of acting. Cate Blachett was excellent - absolutely great performance. It revived my passion for acting and film. 12 Years was good but I think it was over-hyped bc of the sensitive topic. Interesting how no black Americans played major roles in this film about the history of black America - major players were foreign blacks and whites. (Writer was black American though and also won an Oscar.) Still waiting for black films made by black Americans to rise to the level of Oscar quality. Also waiting for black American stories other than historical pieces to be done well enough to be recognized. Must see Dallas Buyers Club and the other films now. Good year for film if you love the craft and acting like I do.
