T.I. Becomes Free Agent. Tells Labels He'll Sign For $75 Million. Universal, Sony, Jay-Z & Dr. Dre Interested
T.I.'s run at Atlantic Records appears to have come to an end after his 10-year contract with the label expired last month. Tip is being proactive in his search for a new home for himself and his Grand Hustle artists. The current roster includes Chip, B.o.B., Iggy Azalea, Trae Tha Truth, the OMG Girlz, D.O.P.E. and others.
The Atlanta rapper has put together an offer for labels interested in his services. It comes with a hefty $75 million price tag according to TMZ.
Parameters of the offer are as follows:
- 3 albums
- 10-20 percent of publishing, touring, merchandise, film and TV rights
- Corporate endorsement deals
- Exclusive signing of all Grand Hustle artists
Labels are already lining up
Dr. Dre (Aftermath), Jay-Z (Roc Nation) and Universal are said to be interested. Sony has reportedly already put a $50 million offer on the table.
No word on if Atlantic is interested in getting in on the bidding war to retain Tip's services.

Dre. Or universal he wont sign wit j cuz he is tryin to see j eye to eye but j will throw paper so maybe. But if sony gives freedom 50 mill and 35%tour n merch for 4-5 ti albums but universal will probly be the best business cuz hell do his lable thing.. but dre can develope an artist.. n u people talkin that don't b under kanye.. look at the artist ye molds.. all classic artist jay signed already devloped artist..
