@Top 3 This is a misdemeanor not a felony... His career is on the line... His chances of being signed by another team are way greater if he is proven innocent than if he admits guilt... Plus the consequence of being found guilty of a misdemeanor (Max 1yr) is not as severe as that of a felony... Rule #7 Choose your battles wisely... Plead not guilty and in the mean time butter that b*tch up to convince her to retract her statement...

Rule#5, following Rule#4 will have u end up in Rule#6 ... (Rule #6 : you just got f*cked) Remy Ma was told by her lawyers to either follow Rule #2, or rule #3 since she was in dout, she thought to herself, nahhh f*ck it ima follow rule #4, the lawyers said are u sure, u only have to do 3 years, the defense about the gun going off by mistake is bullsh*t, she said nope i'll go with rule #4, and now she serving 8 years. Max b was also told to follow Rule #2, or Rule #3 since he was in doubt, they asked him, are u sure, your only facing 10 years, they have a star witness who is testifying against you, who happens to be your g/f , go with rule #2 or 3, he said nahhh, i got this wave, ima follow rule #4 .... the judge said, u want the wave, here's a tsunami ... life !

Rule#4 NEVER Plead Guilty... Let the prosecutors do their mf job... The burden of proof lies with who declares, not who denies... The accused MUST be PROVEN guilty beyond a reasonable doubt... If reasonable doubt remains, the accused is acquitted... Guilt or innocence does not matter in the court of law... Who ever has the most believable argument wins... *FACT*

If this b**** got me heated i wouldn't head butt her,i will take it out on her when we f*** deep back shots from behind.If she divorce him it will not be her decision 100% it's her friends talking in her ear to do it..this b**** will take him back in a heartbeat but because the world eye is on her she will do the divorce and get millions from him!!!!

RULE#2 Pleading guilty when there is absolute no doubt (like there is in this case), will give you a way lighter sentence/punishment than pleading not guilty and being found guilty by a jury cause you just dragged the tax payer system for a ride *FACT* !!!
