Snoop Dogg played his first live gig under his new reggae persona Snoop Lion at a show in Canadalast night (August 3).
Snoop performed songs like Bob Marley's "Could You Be Loved" and "Iron, Lion, Zion" for the crowd at The Hoxton in Toronto according to NME.

Its not that I dont wanna hear this kinda music from Snoop, Im just not sure Im ready for it all in 1 album. I think he should have played with the idea a little in another album, a mixtape, or on a track with another artist of some kind. Snoop is awsome and Im all ears 4 any music he puts out, becus he always brings great music 2 the mic. But this song is.... No Go. Yeah....its pretty bad.
