The club owner IS responsible, which make this suit valet. Parker is worth 20 million, and if his eye is damaged in any event off the court, that could possibly forfeit his contract, and the fact that it happen at a nightclub doesn't help. A club owner is responsible for providing efficient amount of security in case of any unwarranted activity, especially when your club is filled with MILLIONAIRES! Same appiies for any local club or bar!

Yeah, he's not getting s***. There are people who lose their site and ability to work who don't nearly this amount of money. They are not responsible for the actions of others. They had security at the club. As long as security came in to try to stop and did everything to stop it, they're not at fault. The reason he's not suing the person who started the brawl is that they can't figure out who started the brawl. Therefore his only recourse is to sue the club.

That's impossible, your retina is on the inside of the back of your eye. You can detach your retina or scratch your cornea but if your scratch your retina you would have to go inside the eyeball.
