@Big Reed Kelz is far from broke. Just because you owe the IRS don't mean you broke. Lil Wayne owned them for a few years also and he just said f*** it and paid them the $4 million and some. Kelz will have royalities coming in for the rest of his life dude. he's one the only true $100 million + RnB dudes out the rest be front'n with Record company houses on cribs and s***.
