I wouldn't say he dry snitched as much as he just said a big "f*** you" to Preme. Basically saying I know who hit me and I know you did it and I'm letting cats in the streets know I know who did it. Besides, everyone knows who did what and who has been trying to put pressure on muthafuckas in NYC that are in the industry, same dudes that have been doing it for a while. We all know the names. It's either the older ones or the ones that are now getting ready to go away or the ones on the run. I do wonder though, if the streets know and they drop names then is it snitching then or only when someone, like the media, come asking questions and someone answers does it become snitching. Because, when I was growing up I was always told by the older guys that snitching has to contain the elements that you were involved in the deed and are giving people up to save your own neck. How is it snitching if you are naming names of the people who got at you? It seems odd that we are now calling civilians snitching when they are the victims and are unable to protect themselves. Of course, that is not the case here since 50 was in the streets (heavy or not) but it is understood that if one street dude pushes the button on another street dude that is between them. I don't believe 50 told on Preme but at the same time I have to admit, when it comes to dry snitching that is an iffy subject. I guess if someone tried to box me up and I couldn't get at him or put his name on a piece of paper then I might gloat and throw it in his face if he got locked up, that's my vindictive side.

Dry snitching??? Explain to me how a regular viewer of the Oprah Winfrey Network is gonna know who 50 is supposedly talking about by saying that the person who shot me is dead and the guy who paid for it is in jail????

Are they gonna be able to find every guy with life in jail and somehow someway make them a suspect in a case that's over 12years old???
