I think everyone knows including Nicki knows that the Starships record is not "Real Hip Hop" it's pop/dance music. She should not be surprised that Peter dissed that record. It doesn't mean she should not have made it because that's where music is today and there is definitely profit in it. However when you take it that far you are fair game for the streets to critique your commercialism of hip hop. Fair Game Nicki... I can't be mad that she felt insulted but in the end she insulted her fans by not going on stage and dealing with it. She is a hot rapper and all that she needed to do is spit some of her old school street s*** for a minute or two to dead the critics and keep it moving... Pulling from the event because of one persons comments that in all honesty were "TRUE" was immature and unprofessional.. But you gotta love the attention this is all getting.. Grow up!

Look, I don't even like Nicki but Rosenberg has no right to tell her how to perform for her fans that are the one's making both of them the cash that they want. The fans choose what they want to hear and Nicki knows what they want to hear, if she plays the songs that her fans, want then people will go to the show. They chose what they like after all and Rosenberg has nothing to do with it. It's not his job to say what they like and can hear, f*** him.
