Havoc Denies Mobb Deep Split, Explains Wild Tweets. Prodigy Breaks Silence

The rap world was in shock Monday [April 9] when it looked like Queens legends Prodigy and Havoc might be parting ways, but now it looks like news was bogus.

Havoc reached out to several media outlets late Monday to explain that his phone had been stolen, resulting in an impostor sending out several disparaging tweets about Prodigy.

Just getting back into NY after my Easter weekend with family and friends in Jersey. I left my phone at a gas station yesterday evening while on my way to Jersey after a glorious Knick’s game," Havoc wrote.

"To all Mobb Deep fans: it’s business as usual! It’s Mobb Deep all day!!! My twitter account @THEREALHAVOC will be down until further notice. The only other real account is @PRODIGYMOBBDEEP. Ignore the rest. One!

Havoc's account on the social networking site no longer exists, but Prodigy finally broke his silence on the subject via his Twitter page.

the thing that is hard to believe is that if he really did leave it in a ga station... it is a hell of a coincidence that the person who found it would be a hardcore rap fan because at this point that is the only person who would know who mobb deep is... and then on top of that to know P was in prison and blah blah blah... if it wasn't a prank it was stolen by someone who knows them personally

IVA... not saying it's true or not... but I don't know if you use a smart phone but usually you don't have to login to facebook or twitter or things like that every time you get on... so it isn't that farfetched to think that he left the phone and someone else could have been f****** with it

Michael Gray ready to release 'Walk Into The Sun'

British house producer Michael Gray strolls into the summer with his new single ‘Walk Into The Sun’ on Electrik Funk. He revisits the track after it featured on his 2007 ‘Analogue Is On’ artist album originally only available in Japan that due to contractual reasons never received a full release. You can see why Michael wanted to revisit this gem when you hear Steve Edwards (Xpress 2, Cassius, Axwell), Shena, Xavier & Detroit dance royalty Ann Saunderson all raising the temperature on vocal…See More
