Rev. Run & Vanessa Simmons Speak Out On J. Cole/Diggy Beef "Cole Put Out 2 Records Dissing Family & Nobody Cared. Some1 Leaks A Diggy Record & It's A Problem?"

It's been acknowledged that Diggy Simmons is dissing J. Cole on a just released track "What You Say To Me," now a couple of major characters are getting involved.

Vanessa Simmons tweeted that nothing happened between her and J. Cole, though he seems to hint that he's gotten close to one of the sisters on the song "Purple Rain."

Rev. Run even tweeted bout the brewing beef.

How do you see this beef ending? More diss records? Or will it get squashed quickly?

Considering that J Cole already mentioned her by name on a track and the fact that the had a relationship "one semester", I don't think this was done in general. He even talks about her walking around on campus. It's not a stretch to conclude that he was hinting at her when he said it. He's her brother and he did what he felt he had to do. Don't blame him. Beef? Eh. But honestly, Diggy has a better flow that J Cole. He'll do fine as time goes on. Wish him the best.

So... I guess Diggy didn't hear Kanye Say he needed one of Russel's Nieces, or he didn't hear all these other dudes talking about his sister... Even more confusing, J. Cole said he would bring him on tour, why would you diss him LMAO, not to mention J. Cole never said a name in that song about Church Girls, it was general... Diggy needs some school on the game

All this did was put me on to purple rain. J cole is dope with the words. Not feeding into "beef" I don't even think j even subliminally dissed the young boi. Ain't no one get yeezy or anyone else talking bout them girls. Props to j tho...lol
