Max B's Appeal Denied. Rapper Won't Be Eligible For Parole Until 2042
Former Dipset member Max B's appeal has been denied according to the CEO of his record label.
DJ Next of Amalgam Digital tweeted the news on Tuesday [February 28]
Max, born Charly Wingate, was convicted in 2009 and sentenced to 75 years in prison for masterminding a robbery of two Florida men, David Taylor and Allan Plowden, that left Taylor shot dead. His stepbrother, Kelvin Leerdam, and ex-girlfriend, Gina Conway, were also convicted for their part in the botched robbery.
It was Conway who told Max that Plowden and Taylor were known to carry large sums of money with them. She would eventually testify against Leerdam and Max, who wasn't at the scene of the crime when it occurred in exchange for a lesser sentence.

Leerdam received a life sentence, plus 35 years for his role in the murder, while Conway was sentenced to 15 years.

Still amazing to me how people can make comments like they do without at LEAST reading up on the facts. God forbid somebody you know get caught up in some s*** and says YOU told them to do it to shave off some time. And of COURSE if it's up to the prosecution...it's going to be denied so they don't look bad. Happens ALL the time with guys sent away for something they didn't do. Look at Louisiana and Texas. People are CONSTANTLY exonerated for s***. Max simply had bad representation off the bat and an all upper class jury.

Heres something for yall, the dude who killed all them norwegien school kids a year ago, was only able to be sentenced about 21 years in total as it was some terrorism act. dude killed like 80 plus. B is going down because someone said he told them to, s*** sucks

HERE IS THE BOTTOM ROCK BOTTOM LINE OF THE STORY CHILDREN NOW LISTEN TO ME. this Charly Wingate okay shouldnt never have gone there to rob these people. stick with the music and he wouldve been successful with that. he got greedy and had to go merk somebody for some money. now look where that landed him. 2042 he will be in his 70s . Aint no wavy mixtapes coming out at age 75 i dont care who it is Jay z kANYE WHOEVER! later Charly shouldve made better decisions.

I HOPE GINA CONWAY is getting her a** whipped & punkd out everyday in PRISON (lol) she gave MAX B the ideal aka GASSED him up & then when s/h/i/t didnt work out she SNITCHES to get a lighter sentence
MAX B was in a RUSH 2 BALL & STUPID also though he shoulda just waited until his MUSIC CAREER took off

If Max had been out right now, he would definetly have had a situation over at badboy because of his relationship with French Montana !!! I really wished that situation didn't occur for real !!! but if the s*** did go down, than come on now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the 1 thing i hate most in this world is a theif !!!!!!!! I don't know about any 1 here, but I work real hard for every single dollar I have in my pockets !!!!! If the sh*t is bull sh*t, than it sucks for real ....
