The Carters posted a note along with the pics which reads, "We welcome you to share in our joy."
Blue Ivy was born on January 7th.

hmm how do I say this: my mom is 2/4 black 2/4 white my dad is full arab(really dark with dark hair dark eyes) I was born blonde with blue eyes when I grew up I had nappy hair and a darker complection... the first 3 years do not count thats all i'm saying. please believe
