Drake Speaks On Lil Wayne Dissing Jay-Z. Steve Stoute Says There Won't Be A Hov Reply [Video]

Drake is weighing in on Lil Wayne's Jay-Z diss on "It's Good." A track that features Drizzy and Jadakiss.
'Kiss had previously made it clear he had no knowledge of the diss before recording his verse, Drake is now doing the same.
"I just got a beat and did a verse over it," Drake told MTV News. "Whatever any other individual has to say, you have to ask the man himself. I just did what I know how to do. I just got on a record. I heard the beat, did a verse and heard the final product."
Jay-Z business partner Steve Stoute says there probably won't be a response from Hov.
"For Jay-Z to do ANYTHING that resembles moving backwards right now would be insane. And a Jay-Z beef is moving backwards," Stoute is quoted as saying while out promoting his new book Tanning Of America. "Jay is SO MUCH bigger than rap at this point. He’s a movement. And THAT’S where his head is at. That’s where his focus is. And NO ONE is on his level, even worthy of him battling with. No one. So you probably won’t see that happen."

Listening to the track, I think Drake wrote his verse AFTER Wayne wrote his. At the beginning of Drake's verse, he's talking about "pardon my brother, he just mad at you rappers that don't have yo heart in this rap s***" Why would Drake be saying this if he wrote his verse before hearing Wayne's verse? Matter fact, it sound like Drake first could come in right after Wayne says "I just throw the alley oop...to Drake Griffin"
