Got A Need For Speed? Check Out The $2.9 Millon Dollar Lamborghini Sesto Elemento [Video + Pics]
Lamborghini is manufacturing the lightest and fastest supercar yet.
The Sesto Elemento is “in the advanced stages of its development" according to Motortrend.
With a 0-62 time of 2.5 seconds, the Sesto reaches that speed faster than the 1183bhp Bugatti Veyron Super Sport goes from 0-60.
"The Sesto Elemento is a showcase of advanced carbon fiber technology and materials, much of which was developed at the automaker’s Advanced Composite Research Center in Sant’Agata. Lamborghini claims that the generous use composite materials—from the carbon fiber monocoque body shell to the suspension parts made of forged carbon fiber—will keep the Sesto Elemento’s weight down to around a feathery 2,200 pounds. With a combination of low weight and a powertrain sourced from the Gallardo LP 570-4 Superleggera."
This car is dumb nice, I wonder how long it will take Birdman to get his hands on one.
