It's a shame...I like Fab. Been a fan since the DJ Clue mixtape days [note: DJ Clue tapes with the grey tape and bright colored paper with the tracklists on them]. Problem is, his comment is a little misplaced. When 50 came out NY [and Jersey] was gettin' stagnant. That's why 50 [and Joe Budden] were a big deal then. The South was just gettin' started and 50 and Joey were the only responses. Hence the dilemma we're in now. NY/NJ rappers have been complainin' since then about the South in "interviews", but there's yet to be a movement of music to show this displeasure, which is why the South has dominated the radio and the clubs for the last 6 years. It's a known fact that there are few MCs in the South that can put up a real fight with MCs up North, but which rapper has had the balls to prove it? As a fan of hip-hop and someone who's from Jersey it burns me up inside that my favorite rappers decided to take the "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em" attitude. They know that shit out there is wack, but they'd rather complain in an interview than get in the booth and challenge those rappers. Don't get me wrong...I'm all for unity, but I grew up with the idea that if you're a fraud you should be exposed and gotten rid of. There was a time in hip-hop where you wouldn't survive the day being phony or fake or saying you got something you don't. Now we [the fans] let it slide. We celebrate nobody's like Drake ignoring the fact that he'll never reach the elite status of a Jadakiss...or Nas...or Methodman...or 50 Cent...or Fabolous...or Ludacris...or Andre 3000...etc. How are you a dope MC with 3 singles on the radio? Hip-hop ain't dead...the rules changed and that's why I'm pissed as a fan. So Fab...if you're reading this you should be happy for what went down over the weekend. You should be upset you weren't there and as your fan I wish you were, but don't blame 50 for what happened to NY/NJ's status in hip-hop right now. Blame yourself. You could have done something about it a long time ago and instead you gave us Loso's Way. That album wasn't your growth as an MC...that was you leaving NY.

Fabby sounds a lil' salty that he wasn't part of the show!

He saw Maino, Papoose, Uncle Murda, and Red Cafe the whole BROOKLYN for that matter at the THISIS50 FEST and realized that he wasn't there! Fabby caught feelings like a female about it, ran to his computer and pulled his latest JOE BUDDENS antic...Sorry Fabby, you missed out on the biggest moment in New York hip-hop since Biggie brong it back to BROOKLYN so take your own advice and "Just throw it in the bag!"...LOL!!!

Fabby can now go ahead and move to the south from N.J. like Wack Joe did, he been acting like he from the south anyways so go ahead and move to Atlanta or Miami, pay Zoe-Pound so you can live comfortably b/c you are already infected with that ainti-NYC hate...Its a shame b/c fabby is from NYC!

I still remember how Fabby was sucking Officer Ross-Ricky's titties when the C.O. pictures surfaced and Officer Ross-Ricky was deneying that it was him, they asked Fabby and Maino what they thought about Officer Ross-Ricky perpetrating and lying to hip-hop fans.

Maino keep it real and said, "He was disappointed and Officer Ross-Ricky was wrong for mis-leading the people!" Fabby took Officer Ross-Ricky's side and said, "The pictures are more than likey photoshoped, people trying to hate on him b/c he is successful." I know Fabby still fuck with Officer Ross-Ricky but now that 50 beef made him confess to his real life before rap, I know Fabby feel like a dickhead for making them statements! As the days past this blogging is revealing the bitch in niggas!!!

HA! fab...didn't think you had in ya! I always figured fabolous to be more of a hip hop/pop act anyway i mean the "real" joints he had never sounded authentic if you would say. I'm just saying when you compare and contrast with artists like Banks, 50, jay and raekwon (just to name a few), you get the feeling that they expierenced what thier talking about in one way or another but with fab it seems "watered down" for some reason. I dunno, Fabby is good at making songs for the ladies and every now and then he drops a few good lines. be interesting to see what happens next. (my opinion? ain't shit gon happen)
