STanding with legs locked out. Google it. Military people do it from staning in formation. People standing at weddings also do it. watch americas funniest videos segments. Those people arent passing out over excitement, its leg locking, just like this guy. Knees locked for a long period will cause less flow of blood to brain. More common than you think.
