Allow me to introduce myself as Walt-Mann.I am a Hip hop artist currently living in Phoenix, AZ , born in the southern region, Hotsprings Arkansas.I released a mix-tape independently back in 2005. I must say at the time I really didn't know much about the music business, all i knew was rap,print out some disc and hit the streets running.
Thats where I quickly learned a hard lesson.I found I was headed nowhere fast,stuck in that same dead end race, longside most struggling hip hop acts.So after a few years of selling out the trunk during mid summer in Phoenix,AZ I knew something needed to be done.So I finally came face to face with reality. NOBODY IS GOING TO PUT YOU ON AND NO MATTER WHOM YOU BUMP INTO,NOBODY IS GOING TO CONNECT YOU WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE...yes, I know that sounds a bit pessimistic.but, everyone is entitled to there own opinion.What did I do you might ask?Well, I wasnt rasied around gangstas, drugdealers,pimps, or thugs but I sure was attracted to there lifestyle.yep...you guessed it,FAST MONEY! So I became just that.A Drug dealer .I didn't do it long at all.fact is,I didn't want to end up shoot up, in jail or dead.so I got myself a 9-5 job working from bank(call center) to bank..There I earned money to fund my Album (Split Personality) that's available on my own website..www.itswaltmann.com. I got tired of the bank(call center)business so I called the quits to provide focus on my music/acting career.The time is right now for me.I told myself "either you go straight when theres a fork in road and create your own path or you choose left or right and be a follower. As you can see. I chose to go straight to become that leader god casted me down to be. Im responsible for the life i've been given and with that said.
