my mind is designed to decline from the crime that surrounds me
but torment and pain it still finds me

wasted potential and ghetto adventures amaze me
but murder and death it dont faze me

the sight of a brother beaten down by the struggle of this rat race
it leaves my mouth with a bad taste

but i fight the struggle with the will to live tugging me on higher
and wisdom of GOD'S my desire

but as i look out on the crowd that is bound in the ghetto
i say to myself must it be so

and is there a cure for the fear and the killings by street gangs
or are we just doomed to go insane

they want me to fall but instead here i still stand

i strive with black pride to survive but then my life is taken
by a man of my own race and

a fight for identity while life serves me misery
a cycle of psychopathic thoughts are inside of me

the road of deceit and mistrust is in front of me
my back to a wall of hate ,lies, war and poverty

my skills are to kill so there still is no sanity
so i must break loose and get real with this man in me

with god on my side this world soon now will understand

smoking on the pipe like it was going out of buisiness
