Managers dont go off on a whim and make decisions for an artist without the expressed verbal or written consent from the artist ( you might want to write that down ) Mathew doesnt sit in the studio with Kelly A&R's do or she just need to use her recording budget to get producers that is going to find her a signature sound. Each time her records came out the response from the general public wasnt good. Take a poll amongst people you know and ask how many of them bought a Kelly Roland CD. Mathew cant go to best buy and cop a million cd's to make her retail like Beyonce. You said the key thing WHY DID KELLY feel she needed to get fake tits. Was that Mathews choice? A shirt cant make you have bigger tits and Kelly wanted bigger tits so she went and paid for them. Keep in mind that was Nelly's record all she did was the hook. A managers job is to keep your clients doing gigs.
