As far as the sites I check out a variety of s***.

For hip-hop news and updates I usually go to worldstarhiphop.com, hiphopdx.com, hiphopgame.com, raptalk.net, hiphopstan.com and allhiphop.com for the most part.

There's also a couple good blogs such as hiphopgiant.blogspot.com, xclusiveszone.blogspot.com and 2dopeboyz.com that usually post all the good new s*** as far as new songs and videos.

For regular news I mostly go to bbc.co.uk and aljazeera.com as well as english.aljazeera.net, all of them are pretty onpoint as far as the latest s*** that goes on in the world and they got all kinds of perspectives on s***.

Also there's a place called www.the-chill-spot.com which some of my people run - its a pretty new site but its got updates and interviews and got a pretty dope forum with a bunch of pretty cool people who kick it over there - the place got a wide array of topics from life in general to hip-hop music to movies to politics etc., so if you ever want to peep it out you're more than welcome - I go by Arkan Namangani on there and I ain't hard to find, just let me know.

That's pretty much it for the s*** I hit up on the regular.
