Originally born in Columbia, South Carolina; Roderick Coleman II a.k.a NINO moved to New Haven,CT at the age of 3. Music is his profession but it has not taken him out the hood yet. NINO started his music grind at the age of 14, which is also the age he started hustling and hanging out in the streets. He is what you call a product of his environment. NINO has seen it all and been thru it all. The guns, the drugs, the women, that fast life to him was exciting until he started to go back and forth to jail! Music is NINO's only hope, it is what he breathes, dreams and lives for and he won't stop until he is heard all around the world! NINO has previously opened up show's for a list of artist such as Nas, Styles P and Mobb Deep just to name a few. In 2001 he went on a Motown sponsered tour with Chicago's artist Cap-1. NINO has been featured in numerous local magazines and has distributed over 100 volumes of mixtapes with the help of his Dj ( KRIME). NINO CONNETICUT'S RAP LEGEND was discharged on 11-13-06 from a CT Correctional facility on weapons charges. He now resides in Decatur, GA a "FRESH START" for him! Looking back on his life NINO knows now that music is the calling that he should have followed from the beginning; however, everything that Roderick Coleman II has gone through has made him the man that he is today NINO! He has a billion dollar swagger with an ear for music writing his own lyrics and hooks. There is no limit to what ideas that he can come up with. NINO was born an artist, all he needs is for someone to give him the chance to prove his worthiness!! http://wwwmyspace.com/lilninoakadot
