- Flybird was founded by Frankie Boateng (artist name: Franky Dust) in 2006 after graduating from The Hague School of Fashion and Clothing. At the time Frankie was primarily involved in organizing various successful events, though he always continued to pursue his passion for creating clothes.
The past years he has taken it upon him to further develop the brand Flybird specializing in creating accessories in the form of backpacks and purses. He currently spends his daily time working in his studio at Bink 36 to create new designs. Each design is exclusive to the collection and crafted in the Flybird studio in The Hague.
The collections range from casual to contemporary designs, all of which are handmade one-of-a kind works of art. Flybird' work is characterized by the use of various leathers and incorporation of different lining materials.
In short Flybird stands for the freedom of artistic life.
