Find more music like this on Thisis50 Escobeatz lives in East Elmhurst New York. With a dream, and a hustle; Escobeatz formulated a plan to start his own production company. Growing up in Flushing, Queens. Escobeatz was constantly listening to his father play old school Spanish ballads. He listened to the melodies created and the instruments used .he quickly developed an ear for melodies. Once he hit his teens he got in to hip-hop ands rap. He grew to love the instrumentals (beats) that played. He would buy artists albums only for the beats. He learned how to acquire the instrumentals. From there he would freestyle with his friends in the park, or at the corner store. Quickly seeing that the hip hop scene was congested with people with dreams of being a rapper, he quickly devoted his attention to his true calling, which was making instrumentals. Growing up learning how to make money on his own hustling in the streets and in drug houses, he was always business minded. He was always seeking a way to save money for his dream. Escobeatz knew people with equipment and beat machines but nobody really liked letting him use them. Plus he would hear melodies in his sleep and wake up and have nothing to play to bring them to life. He then got hold of a Triton keyboard, which at the time was the industry standard synthesizer. From there he became like Mozart making hip-hop beats for which he is known. He quickly became a neighborhood celebrity with everyone asking him for a custom track. He has gotten his share of people asking to manage him, celebrity and non celebrity folks. Escobeatz is not your usual beat maker from queens. He has actually been thru more real s*** than half of the rappers coming out claiming they did dirt! Escobeatz learned that he has to make a mark in this world. He cheated death twice and now he knows why he was spared. It is to make a decent contribution to society and to bring the world melodic tunes. Ever since coming to Myspace in April 2007.escobeatz has been able to bring his craft to a wide variety of critics and a wider span of audience to critique his work. Escobeatz listens to all his work with what he calls the hater’s ear. This is basically listening to his tracks hating on everything that is wrong with the song. He has gained notoriety with industry and underground artists. He has attracted some big names to his beats. Even though escobeatz is his biggest critic, mostly everyone that graces his page finds a tune that they have liked. Escobeatz just wants people to leave his page with a feeling. He wants to leave an impression on everyone that clicks on his page. So everyone enjoy the beats drop a comment and remember the face and the name.
