- I love music...I love sounds. My favorite is the song with the highest amount of quality, a profound sound; a honest artist that is speaking from the inside.
Music I don't necessarily prefer..."Hard Metal/ "Angry"/ ...things with unnatural sounds and lyrics.
(Ex: Ashanti, Keith Sweat, Riyhanna (that whine gets annoying--but you get the picture)...

General Meaning:
The most successful general is not the one that triumphs in battle, but the one who is able, through strength of a resolute discipline , to achieve victory without a massive amount of damage.
This is why for the effective leadership of any organization the key virtues are clarity, decisiveness and conscientiousness. The most effective team or partnership marches with a single purpose — a dedication to a common goal that is held dear by all.

The purpose of this event is to choose a GRAND prize winner who will be one of three independent artists/groups to open at one of the eight “The Golden Era Hip Hop Concert” venues across the country. (Birmingham, Jacksonville, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Houston, Chicago, Atlanta; just to name a few).
As Honey Management, a company that provides many services to independent artists, we want to see independent artists succeed and we have the resources to do so. With that being said, the showcase will be judged by A/R representative of Sony Red, BMG, Universal Motown, Malik Shaheed; who discovered “Serani”, “Pachino Dino”, and “Notty Black”. CEO of The Brain Academy for music, film, & the arts, Brooklyn’s Finest & Ruff Ryder’s own, DJ Smoove (www.DJSmoove.webs.com ), Ron Clark one of the CEOs of Starr Media Group; who discovered “Trillogy” (www.LoveLifeandLoyalty.com)
