I really need to know....

Check it out I know a lot of you guys prob don't watch 106 & Park but who can tell me who sings that New Joint of the day from Friday called "Jersey"? Its a very hot song, dude was shouting out everyone from Joe Budden, Redman, Naughty By Nature, Queen Latifah, basically everyone who came before him from Jersey, so can someone please hit me with an answer!!!
