thoose questions dont decide hell or heaven, however, if a person fails, for the angels are of Allah and they have knowledge of you. the torture OF hell begins in the grave untill judgement day. and if a person passes, he feels cool breeze from a window opened in his grave...the window of heaven. in the same way the person who fails, his grave's window of hell is opened and he will feel the warmth of hell flames untill judgement day.
this does not mean that the person who suffers torture will be goin to hell on judgement day but he will be judged in front of Allah and thaT will decide. wether hs is forgiven or not.
