Singer /Songwriter Tiffani Yates aka TeYa Love was born in Carbondale IL. Music has always been a part of her life. From singing her Alphabets to her even singing Lisa Mansfield “all woman” to get out of a spanking! Her family knew then that her voice would be a gateway to people hearts. Raised by a Single mother MOM and teya moved to the city known for the blues Memphis Tn.
From grade school to high school teya was always in the choir she was known for having the sweetest angelic voice to all her peers. Performing was natural to her playing bumbles bees in school plays to even doing lyrical dancing Teya has always been the star of the show.
Influenced by the greats Teena Marie and Minnie Ripperton Denise Williams Mariah Carey women who have great vocal range teya felt relatable to those artist! Being in bands and girl groups and auditioning for American idol, since the age 13 teya has determined to make a name for herself! Music is Love to her! And she won’t stop till her name sparkles.
