Deryl E.Springs Jr. aka Streetz is 26 years old an has been rhyming for 5 years.Streetz was born in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn,but was raised in Brownsville and inspired by the greats such as Jay-Z,Biggie & Big Daddy Kane and Queens King Kool G.Rap whom Streetz named himself after one of G Raps song"The Streets".Streetz plans on using rap as his cement to lay ground for other ventures outside of music such as Corporate Investments,Uplifting his Brooklyn community with places of recreation for young kids,adults as well as the elders of Bed-Stuy & Brownsville,Real Estate,Acting and several other ventures as well.Streetz goals are to one day own or in part the New York Knicks and to drop 10 albums before reaching 30 years of age.Streetz has performed @ Greekfest 2005,The Mission,Club Speed,Club Exit,City nightclub,The Pyramid,Temple,The RedRoom(Youngstown,Ohio),Columbus Ohio an several other venues catering to unsigned talent.Streetz has also been featured on DJ BEDTYME357 "The Truth & Respekt The Arkitect mixtapes,Green Lantern's"Myspace Takeover" Mixtape,Dj Kay C (So So Def All-Star Dj's) Mixtape,Dj Nastie aka The Mixtape PitBull Mixtape,DJ FLEA (Thug Radio mixtape),Dirty B mixtapes(Texas).Streetz has also appeared on many college underground radio stations such as sunday hangover with DJ MAJESTIC as well as COOL CAL'S unsigned artist radio show(WGGB) in long island,N.Y...............as well as appeared on S.P.I.T. DvD..... Streetz has also opened up for Rik Ross at The Underground in Atlanta & also was the only unsigned artist invited to the B.E.T.Awards.......Streetz is also featured in The Connex List Magazine in the Mixtape Madness Section where hiphop critic Tapemasta gave him a excellent review not only on "Streetz Is Watchin Mixtape" but also on his flow and being one of the true emcees from Brooklyn to watch out for in the near future.Streetz is currently working on yet another album as well as dropping mixtapes every month until he gets signed,Streetz posseses the work ethic,look an hit making ability to become a force 2 be wreckoned with in the music game,Streetz not only writes hip hop music but he also writes Rhythm an blues songs for upcoming artists such as (CHARLIE LEWIS and Big O formerly of Diamondcut Records)proving he is a multi-talented artist as well as a un-chained artist,Streetz has the backing of Papoose Dj Edubb,Remy martin Dj Bedtyme 357 who will vouch for Streetz abilities if confronted,Streetz continue to grind from trading bars with Fight Klub 2005 champ "Serius Jones" to trading wordplay with 106th and park champ "Avalanche" to destroying several other artists in battle(to many to name)but dont mistake Streetz as a battle rapper he is really a song writer,Streetz says:"I am not only a artist but i am also a fan of music,the rap game is dry right now so i listen 2 ol school RnB(Teddy Pendergrass/Luther/The Dells/Isley Bros)im just tryna bring something exciting back 2 New york an something not only Brownsville as a community can be proud of but the whole New York can look at as a representation of the state where hip hop began".Streetz has also appeared on Grind Hard t.v. an has worked with Wyclef Jean in the studio on material for Clef and his soudclash debut in jamaica,Streetz did not charge Clef but later saying that he is very close with clef and vice versa,Streetz plans on flooding the mixtape market with his music in hopes of becoming the mixtape rookie of the year in 07 an with how things are going I see no reason why he can't achieve it.Streetz is also an every month will be featured in the Come Up Section On RapMullet.com(shouts to big chew an dimez).If you have any questions for Streetz leave a message on this page.
