Ruthlon Daley (born November 30,1991), also known by his rap name Technology. He was born on the island of Montserrat, but he grew up in St Croix (USVI) also known as Twin City. Before he came to the island of St Croix, from Montserrat he went to Anguilla, and then he came to the island of St Croix at the age of eight. Which he attend Pearl B Larson Elementary School, Elena Christian Jr High School, and now attending the St Croix Central High School in the tenth grade. Growing up Ruthlon always wanted to be a basketball player, but eventually fell in love with rap. He adopted the name Technology as a gift, that he was good with computers. Ruthlon grew up with two of his parents and a brother and few other brothers from the neighborhood. The location in which he lives is South side.
Technology wishes to complete goals such as being one of the best rappers, getting a good record deal and finishing high school. He says that everyday he wakes up the first thought on his mind is am special. Technology seems to be attractive to girls who have the ability to sing or write poetry. He feels like college is a great opportunity of having a better life. Technology says once you believe in yourself you can do anything. He also says everyone’s hero should be there self. Technology stays focus and always on his grind.
Technology started rapping in his bedroom, where he made his own little home made studio. He also had few other friends that also rap. Technology favorite rapper is Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, which influence him of being in the music industry. He raps about his life and what he knows. Technology made a series of mixtapes as a start. Technology started introducing his music over several web sites. One of few myspace.com (myspace.com/ruthlon). Technology said his mind is his elevation and he’s going up (the bottom is too crowed). He dreams to be one of the best rappers in the music industry. Technology explored rap music as a way of enjoying his life.
