Rise and Grind Entertainment is a 7 department full-service major hip-hop recording label based in the heart of New York City. Incorporated since 2005, the phrase, Rise and Grind, was coined by the work ethic of its founder and is a trademark of RnG Music Group. Since 1995 RnG Entertainment has established a strong presence in the underground hip-hop scene through sound investments, and continues to lead the hip-hop industry into a new era of music.
Vice President
Richard (Rico) Echevarria, Vice President of RnG Entertainment, has had the Rise and Grind mentality since 2005 and is responsible for the daily operations of the record label. Specializing in the departments of Promotions, Artists Development, New Media and Business Affairs, Ricos diligence contributes to the expansion of RnG Entertainment as a full-service record label.
