About Me

Misphit was born into the streets of Brooklyn during the winter of 1975, and it didnt take him long to realize that music would be his first love. Inspired by the sounds of Kool Moe Dee, Run DMC, LL Cool J and others, he started writing his own music at the tender age of 15. His talent was immediately recognized within the industry, ultimately leading to his first record deal with Warner Brothers Music. To some, this would have seemed like the opportunity of a lifetime, one that couldn't be passed up. But Misphit chose to turn it down. He went with his heart, which told him that he had some growing up to do before hed be completely ready to take the rap world by storm. Misphits goals are huge, his aspirations high but his love for music leaves nothing out of his reach. Establishing his record label, 40 Below Entertainment, is just the beginning of his exciting ride to the top of the music industry. Misphits time has come, once again. Im ready to step up as a solo artist, and show the world that my coming has been well deserved.
