the best thing u can do is to eat really well to build muscle - as much good protein as u can - stick to really lean protein - grilled chicken, tuna, salmon - steamed vegs, brown rice - in a health food store find 'UDO Choice' it is in the cold section - either DHA or regular does not matter - it is a liquid fat (good for u fat) - do not buy it if it is NOT COLD. start off with 1/2 teaspoon of UDO choice twice a day - i put mine in apple juice - work yur way up 2 - 1 teaspoon twice a day - don't over do it will make yur stool really soft - if you do eat any food that is high in fat cut back that day on the udos. Food is the MOST IMPORTANT part of the training - u need 2 feed the muscles right so that they will grow.

I have too many gym memberships - generally get clients by the gym referring me. U should always b hitting the your abs and lats with high weight - twisting, hanging, incline - the basic stuff.. get that core as strong as u can - do them at home while u are watching TV lol - Along with strength training I also help with diet and of course the juice...
