-RULES OF ENGAGEMENT-
-All Tracks Negotiable-
- Leasing ($25 & Up): All PURCHASED leases are good for ONE commercial use for up to 400 units, to sell more units, must purchase a new lease or exclusive rights. Buyer can also use the beat for non-profitable purposes, but you cannot re-sell beat, use more than once or edit in any way without purchasing exclusive rights... Must credit producer in title of the track. Producer can still sell the beat.Publishing remains ownership of producer. Producer is to be paid 5% of total sales.

-All Tracks Negotiable-
- Exclusive Rights ($75 and up): You will receive a high quality MP3 of the beat, and/or the raw .wav file. Buyer has full usage of the beat (profitable or non-profitable) and is allowed to edit beat. Profitable usage has no limit on number of units sold. However, the buyer cannot resell the beat or take credit for it. Still must credit producer. Producer can no longer sell the beat to anyone else.Publishing for beat remains owneship of producer. Producer is to be paid 2% of total sales.
