Born in Brooklyn, New York, this R&B/Hip Hop & Soul artist started singing at the tender age of three with her father, a local Reggae musician. Whether he was rehearsing for an up-and-coming show or just entertaining family and friends, Kendra’s father always kept his young daughter involved in music. To this day, Kendra’s father continues to be a major musical influence in her life, along with the other artists who have inspired her, including Dr. Dre, Lauryn Hill, Mary J. Blige, and Jay Z to name a few.

Now that Kendra is in college, this Diva is taking her singing and writing even more seriously as a solo artist. These days, you will find her in the studio, writing and recording songs for her debut CD. Meanwhile, she performs at Music Showcases and Open Mic’s in Manhattan and Long Island nightclubs.
