Lil Wayne to Have a Contest For the Best Rapper To Open For Him On Halloween!!!!
Lil Wayne is having a contest to see who can open for him at his show in Raleigh, NC on Halloween night (Oct. 31). He had people send in their stuff, and then the top 10 were picked. From there, people have to send a message to vote for the best.
