The first time I danced was when I was 5 years old. Me and my older brother Corey use to watch all the Michael Jackson movies and videos while we were at home in the summer time, I think we watched Moonwalker at least 10 to 20 times a day to try and learn some of Michael's dance moves. We use to put together our own original performances to perform in front of the family and friends that came over to the house. And at daycare we use to have dance contest so I would always want to be apart of it and have hopes of winning because I thought I was good. Two years later I heard this song called You make me wanna by Usher Raymond, and I feel in love with the song, so my first time seeing the video made me want to dance like Usher. I watched all of his freestyle moves and picked them up with some practice, I was able to get the ladies with those moves..LOL, and I continued to dance but never ever stopped to take a class or learn from anybody else. When I got to high school it was my first time being able to play sports so I only danced at the school dances, when my 11th grad year rolled around, I had made it on Varsity Track & Cross Country Team and a friend of mine who sat me down and talked to me about my dancing said what do you want to do??? Dance Or Run Track??? I said dance and he told me I should take my dancing serious because I am really good and to not waste my talent or gift. My senior year came around and I didn't run track because dancing was more important, I joined my first crew witch was small at first, it was called DHD aka Deep Heart Dancers and we went to a lot of parties and showcased our dancing skills everywhere we went, no matter. Shortly after that we met up with two other dancers and formed a crew with them called Untamed, we kept on going to parties and performing but then we got into battling and setting up battles were ever we were at, it didn't matter, school, mall, my house, at the stop light or in the rest room. We battled any and everyone. I never was a battle dancer, I always looked at myself as being a Entertainer and that's what i kept in my head, also at the end of my senior I got into modeling and I enter a contest right before going to Jamaica for my senior trip with family and friends. After high school I branched off from the crew to do my own thing, and started working on some choreography with my friend Chris Freeman and we worked on putting together a crew several times to go to ABDC season 2&3 but it never worked out because we were all on different pages. After that I meet a man named Aaron Simpson that was 29 at the time, I battled him at the club for like a few months, then I asked him if he wanted to join my crew called Hidden Stylz Crew (HSC) and from there we started dancing together and battling at the clubs but also never losing a battle in the club was going great for us. For a whole year we just practiced and battled, most of our battles were won by Aaron because he knew more than one style but we got far with that. We tried out for Americas Got Talent last year but our video did not make it. Going into 2010 I left my crew behind because we are not on the same page with our dancing, I am doing this for me now and me only, I want to get signed my Bloc South Talent Agency in Atlanta,GA. That's my mission now but I also uploaded videos for AGT, BET Spring Bling and some Others, everybody wish me luck on those. Checkout my video at www.youtube.com/Kingofdance06 or just go to KiDD Flash Tv! here the site, I think that's it for now, thank you for reading and welcome to my site!
I really hate how people rush to judgement about their whole situation, no one was in that car that night. It's two sides to every story but no one was interested in hearing Chris's.
