Pick the heaviest weight u can lift 5 times and switch exercises until you complete 10 sets. An example lift bench press 5 times than move on till dead lifts than do some sit ups and start all over again until u have completed 10 sets.
next day do upper body.
The reason you switch excises is because since u are lifting the heaviest weight u can insulin will build up in your muscle. that is when you feel all swollen that not good. that means u need to rest your muscle so when u switch excises it give your body enough time to regenerate. These fact were proven by Russian scientist, so if u follow the routine with protein shake 60 min before working out and right after you will become very strong with a European toned body look.
