The Carter 3 That Should Have Sold A Millie In Its 1st Week
I myself personally like a few other million hip-hop heads did not listen nor was a fan of Lil Wayne before The Carter 2 was released. I listened to Dedication 2 and was highly impressed and its been on ever since. But with the leak of The Carter 3 I was highly disappointed with 75% of the tracks and wasn't really impressed by the hot ones because I felt like he did alot better on several mixtapes.
