About Me

West London rapper Evo Advent Child, has been remixing beats since he was a youth at school trying out fruity-loops for the very first time. Having mastered the technique to mix tunes and separate vocals, he worked throughout his finals years giving his friends tracks to spit on. Ranging from Hip-Hop and Old Skool Garage, Evo chose to go to college and complete his passion with a Sound Engineering course which allowed him to explore his creative mind using familiar tunes from computer games and various popular Japanese anime.

Whilst at college, Evo worked for several local recording studios, often working unsociable hours to ensure that the best quality was heard in tracks when mastered. Being blessed with a keen sense of hearing, he used it to his advantage by supplying some of his work to other artists that he worked for, and continues to do so to this day.

Loving the vibes that the studio has, he felt that he wanted to try his hand at another trade which would lead to him being the voice behind the mic. Leading him to go ahead and release his first mixtape, We Stand Alone, which featured the tracks ‘You Can Call Me’, ‘Whose Gonna Help Me’ and ‘Don’t Tell Me’. With collaborations from West London based group Level Crew, he was able to then create a second mixtape called ‘Before Crisis’. This was released in April 2009, with ‘So Sick’, ‘I’m Back’ and ‘Let It Go’ which are in circulation via the internet.

As he prepares his next onslaught of tracks for his debut album due for release in the Summer, he remains a dedicated music lover who is willing to push the limits of the music industry to a different level.
