- I am a retired Army Sargeant from brooklyn N.Y. I did two tours of Iraq. On my second tour i was deliberately shot in the neck by another soilder in my platoon, the bullet left me paralized from the chest down. And the consiquence he suffered behind this whole ordeal was just 4.5 years with the chance of porole.
