- Awww Poor baby!! I feel your pain, trust me I do. I had ALL 4 pulled out at one time and I was messed up, had to put me under and everything. I was mad that I couldn't keep the teeth (it's a health hazard). I know you blazing but when you do Truth, put a wad of gauze over the hole or you will have what they call a "dry Pocket" and if you think it's painful now, boy oh boy, you won't even know that kind of pain.
