My name is Pastor Cecile 'CeCe'. I am not your 'traditional' pastor, I am a 'new beginnings' and Senior Pastor/ CEO / Overseer of Center Mark Ministries, Inc. Meaning, I minister to those that most of your larger churches have no time for. I have an outreach ministry to all that are in need of healing and help and also an in reach counseling ministry to the abused and disabled. I have a degree in paralegal studies and I am also a licensed and ordained pastor / counselor. I currently offer no cost and low cost legal services to those that qualify. I am a legal advocate focusing on men, women and children of abuse, the elderly and also children with learning disabilities.
