About Me

Buck Smooth a native of East Harlem New York was born and raised by his mother and father at the Robert F. Wagner projects. He graduated from Rice High School in Harlem New York and pursued his Associates Degree in Business Marketing, then graduated from Morrisville College upstate New York.

Buck Smooth started rapping at open mic live mixtape sessions at Roc & Wills record store on 125th street in Harlem New York and then became a member of Roc & Wills hard pack which featured Harlem and Bronx New York hottest mixtape DJ’s & MC’s. Such as, DJ’s: Kid Capri, Ron G , S&S , Action Pac, Brucie Bee and EMCEE Big L, just to name a few. Buck Smooth later linked with DJ Action Pac, then started to travel the country hosting parties alongside DJ Action Pac, and was frequently featured on DJ Action Pac’s, DJ Kay Slay and Ty Boogies mixtapes. He has also did a freestyle on Pacman and Goldies OT 6 ½ with Rapper Ludacris. Buck Smooth has also collaborated with Lazie bone (from Bone Thug-N-Harmony) and Cuban Linx (Former Terror Squad member) to record (In Thugs We Trust) off his debut mix CD Get Money Rap Vol. 1.

Buck Smooth is CEO of Caked Entertainment and set to release two independent CD’s, Heart of a Hustla and Welcome to Cool World this year (2011). He calls himself The Ultimate Rap Hustla and is ready to put the spotlight on the Harlem lifestyle which is fresh gear, females, hot cars, good food and drinks, night clubs and Yup stories of the fast life!
