Mark this little sphere of earth, my darling.
And travel through the magnet to your side.
For I can bear without you, oh, but hardly.

Below my flesh and through it at the same time
The painful fever of your thought intensifies.
That grip it has on every thought in my mind.
Grows with you while, here, my poor heart dies.

And so I fear the loss of you more than life.
And so I, through this holy war, seek ends.
And words fall short, like husband, and/or wife.
Without you in my arms then nothing mends...

And so I plead to nature, not with you.
Look in this nature, and, to it, be true...
