the producer is a person who oversees & directs the recording & make sure the final product is not only professional sounding but the best possible performance that can be eked out of the music,the players, and the studio.
if you choose to work with an outside producer,your cost could be anywhere from $200 per song{a total of $2000 for 10 songs} or a low - end hourly rate of $30{$4,500 for 150 hrs} to a higher $1,000-per-song rate ($10,000 for the entire 10-song project).some producers are paid via royalty they can earn upwards $50,000 per album plus a percentage,usually 3 percent.of sales earnings.
