yes you can complain but you can't change the fact that thats a free country. Now, if they speak they language when they need to be formal, then they are wrong. They gotta speak English in many occasions. But in their personal life, hell they can speak it. I dont speak Spanish at work when I need to talk business but I can speak in Spanish to a Hispanic collegue of mine simply because I feel like it.
