There's a lot of good points in this blog! I think it comes down to the life experiences of the men & the women. In my experience as a man; once you get to know a woman it's up to you to decide if she's for you or not.. You certainly can tell if a woman is only wit you for the cash or materialistic things. And if you come to this conclusion; it's your choice to stick around or leave... Congrats to you for handling your business & maintaining your self worth!

because nowadays i think they more worried about being stable and having enough to take care of themselves..everything has become about materials...its disgusting because theres people out there who have nothing but the clothes on they back and nobody to help them and all they want is to share a meal with a friend...and all these girls goin after men for the wrong reasons is just giving the man more of a reason to degrade women..im definitely not a gold digger never have been never will..i grew up with just enough to get by so i dont take s*** for granted.. my mama taught me better.
im the type of girl who wants to play a video game with my man...instead of him buying me jewelry.
id rather him take me to the drive thru of mcds and clown around than go to a 5star resturant anyday.

plus yea money is tight everywhere now, but if ur with someone whos willing to work with you and do what they can for you two to be happy than that relationship is more real than anything

point blank if ur with a dude 4 money, then its a fake relationship. ur in love with the money, and the idea of being taken care of ..not the guy himself.
and again not every female is a golddigger, but the gold diggers are making the females that are good , loyal and not out for the money look bad...

the good girls are out there...

cuz b****** that aint never had s*** equate money with happiness and simply have not had the life experience necessary to know otherwise ,there are somethings that you learn with experience.

but now and in the near future , financial survival will push people to be with each other for those purposes after all , when we are staring down the barrel of expensive heath insurance , high property taxes , lowered income a unstable stock market and a dwindling pension fund , child care expenses of all sorts astronomical , it will force people to do things they wouldnt other wise do.

i believe that some women do it to feel happy or free from the prolbems in they life some may do it for glamoure of others other words center of attention, i inly think that i would not know i read books about those girl cause i would like to understand it my teenage daughter i took in at 12 and she on 1 niece both 17 now and some of my models also i can see it in some ways but in so many other ways i just cant see it replacing any thing in my life

i mean yeah some items make you feel good and like i said some women sicc of working hard at life to get the better end but happy they will not ever be i wouldn think and men or women can find out rather its the money the not its logical i mean the love of money or of worldly items, are way diffrent them how they love a human person they can act now i cant lie out of fear of loss no 1 likes to loose any thing but this is a great convo piece why do men do it same reasons i would think or some women also do it to to provide for they family eazier

Cuz they lazy ass hoes that don't want to do nothing. But when those titties sag and the p**** dries up and the man leaves them with 5 kids, no GED or HSD, and broke as hell, they gunna be on 1 of those Everest College commercials talking bout " I wasn't going anywhere, so I had to get off the couch and do something".

I'm Mike by name, My girl just left me for some reason. She told me i was not financially mature, we have been together for 5 years. I had plans of getting married to her once i'm done with school. She is working in an Oil company but i believe she found a rich guy and she told me i'm wasting her time because i am not financially mature but she forgot that we have been spending my money together. Why are women like that?

It was more than likely how she was raised! Momma probably raised her to go for what a man has in his pocket and not in his heart, head or soul. To me I see you as a hard working young guy, who is very ambitious and on his grind. For her to say your not financially mature, says she want a guy who has more money, and can't see you 10-15 yrs down the road where you could end up a millionaire, but question is, what did she bring to the table???!!! But thats taking 20 over 80. She won't appreciate you till she has a dude with lots of money, who treats her like dirt. Thats karma for you though babes! Don't worry, you'll end up with a great woman by your side who loves you for you.

it's really bad even down here, When I saw this post , i was like Wtf do u live in Africa?
Im kinda surprised that issues like this do abound in the so called developed countries, i think it boils down to the craze for material things these days, Money is the root of all evil so says the HOLY BOOK

Yes i live in Africa. I am trying all i can to move on, its not all that easy but i am doing all i can to forget about the past. That right woman will come my way some day
