WHY DO GUYS CHEAT IN THE FIRST PLACE WHEN THEY ALREADY HAVE SOMETHING GOOD?

many of my homeboys tell me that love and sex are two seperate things in a man's mind. so they can lust off of a female and cheat on their woman with her and still love their woman. and on top of that have no feeling for that girl. the lust will die for that female but the love is forever for his woman. its so common for a man to cheat with a sexually temptin home wrecker then regretes it and beg for their woman to come back.
and as far as keeping a man .... men are the same in general to a certain extent but they are still individuals. there is no general formula for keeping a man.

the big 10 is a good mixtape. but again, the set up for it wasn't executed right. 50 needs to start firing people in his camp on the administrative side of things.
