I thought it was because he smoked so much, on rotten apple you can slightly hear his voice changing.. and in a few songs, and that was 3-4 years ago. He been layed back and been smoking etc. so probably thats it

i like the banks sound now i hated the way he sound when he just came out i had to struggle to hear now i can hear him better..
